8 Responsible Gaming

• Self-Exclusion: If needed, you may request to suspend your account for anywhere from 7 days to 6 months, or permanently.

• If the member requests to close their own account.

12 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between Bed Visa and a member, please contact our customer support team first. We are able to resolve most disputes quickly and fairly.

• An initial response will be provided within 7 business days of receiving a complaint.
• Complex disputes may take up to 30 days to resolve.
